Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items back into their original shoe box and secure them within a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
